The energy and joy Kerry experiences by living a life that is less focused on “stuff” is what drives her to help others establish a simplified, elevated, organized life. She believes wholeheartedly that everyone deserves the time and energy to enjoy their life and fulfill their purpose.
Kerry is an introverted extrovert who thrives in the outdoors or chasing around her three endlessly energetic children. Kerry adores Asheville and everything that makes it such a unique and opportunistic place to live.
LIFE TAUGHT KERRY FROM A YOUNG AGE THAT LIVING IN THE MOMENT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
At a young age, Kerry lost her father to cancer. It was a profound, life-changing experience that shifted her perspective. As a small business owner and mom to three kids, Kerry’s awareness is even more acute to ensure that even the most mundane moments are lived and made in a peaceful home.

Sherry Ney
Sherry has been a huge asset at Kerry Mayer Home for over two years. Her favorite thing about organizing? The happiness and awe the clients experience when their homes go from an explosion of things everywhere to fully functional in just a few days. Sherry has a soft spot for a good closet edit; showcasing the client’s favorite accessories, shoes, or wardrobe pieces always makes for a fun time!
Jeanette Rey
Jeanette, an Asheville native, has been organizing professionally for over a year. Her degree in Psychology gives her a unique perspective with organizing, which she likes to refer to as the “psychology of stuff”. She loves organizing because it allows her to be creative and help others. Jeanette enjoys the outdoors, traveling and organizing all the things–especially kitchens (they’re her favorite)!
Jessica Rannie
Jessica is newer to the professional organizing industry but likes to call herself organized by nature. Asheville is simply her most recent “home sweet home” as Jessica and her family have lived all across the United States. Jessica loves organizing all spaces because they offer unique and fun challenges. She is happiest outdoors and spending time with friends and family. On her bucket list you will always find traveling, owning a farm, and scuba diving somewhere on there.
Carolina Heneo
Carolina was born in Columbia and moved to the United States over 30 years ago. While she’s only been in the professional organizing industry for a little under a year, she is a natural-born organizer with a background in the advertising industry. Carolina is a devoted mom, wife, yogi, and meditator. When it comes to organizing, her passion lies in bookcases, closets, and pretty much anything that can be color-coded to perfection!
Marissa Green
Marissa has five years of professional organizing experience with a background in non-profit work and teaching in an elementary school. Marissa thrives in her current season of motherhood! You’ll frequently find her volunteering at her kids’ schools and within the Asheville community when she isn’t working for KM clients. She loves the entire process of organizing—from the planning stages to the look of pure joy from clients when they see their beautiful, clean spaces.
