Staging typically takes multiple days and involves meticulous decluttering, depersonalization, furniture and accessory arrangement, and space optimization.

Staging Consultations vs. Soft Staging vs. Full Staging


Staging consultations offer sellers a fully detailed plan on what we think will enhance your space, what needs to be removed, and what could be moved or updated to showcase your house best. Clients receive the to-do list and tackle it themselves. 


Soft staging is similar to full staging, but without the furniture. For soft staging we help prepare your home for a sale by decluttering, cleaning, and bringing in artwork and accessories to make your home feel warmer and more inviting.


Full staging is for empty homes and utilizes items and furniture from our staging warehouse, to transform the entire home into a buyer’s dream property.
